Between confessions, questions, advice and experience sharing, the participants can exchange anonymously, one-to-one, allowing young people to speak freely on difficult topics and to collect valuable advice from older people.

Talking to someone you don’t know is allowing yourself a freedom, while obtaining an external listening and opinion, without prejudice, without taking sides, without judgment.

This communication is made through a journal, which can be physical or digital.

Certain themes will be discussed in round tables, to normalise feelings and open up open discussions.

Of course, each participant in the project will be free to join

the discussion or not.

These will be shared via podcast or at conferences.
